I have a major love of showcasing love through photography.  The tag line I often use is that I love love … I really do.  I’m a sappy, hopeless romantic.  I totally admit to it.  One of the greatest joys of being a wedding photographer is delivering a gallery of images from a wedding day that showcases the love and emotion felt on that day.  I love moments and love capturing them.

Years ago when I first started my photography business, I had a major love of maternity and newborn photography and focused heavily on those two types of sessions.  There is something about an expectant Mom that is so incredibly beautiful and I had such a passion photographing that time in a couple’s life.  It’s an exciting time!  Shortly after our sessions, we would meet again for the newborn session and it was a lovely progression of their love story.  A new baby!  How great is that.

And then it happened … I shot my first wedding and fell in love with wedding photography.  I decided to take my business strictly in that direction and for some time, left maternity and newborn sessions available on a limited basis.  I joked and said I wanted my business to be all B’s … Brides, Bumps, and Babies!  It was great!  But I had two babies of my own, and with the schedule, I couldn’t make it all work.  I shifted everything over to weddings.

Over the last couple of years, I have had quite a few of my brides reach back out to me as they were expanding their family and for all of this time I would refer them to my good friends for maternity and newborn sessions.  I absolutely love each and every one of my couples so this was always something that really bummed me out.  Of course I want to work with you all again!  I just couldn’t make the schedule work.  Until now!

My schedule will be open, starting next month, for weekday  sessions.  My weekends are dedicated to my weddings but my weekday schedule will allow for additional sessions.  I have opted for two types of sessions, or collections as I like to call them.  Everything will still be the same, as it is all under Amanda Brisco Photography.  You can still reach me at the same email address and AmandaBriscoPhotography.com will stay the same.  I have added a new site dedicated specifically to the two collections I offer:
