Engagement: Nichole + Brandon

Engagement session in the flower garden at the Hartwood Acres Mansion.

Nichole and Brandon are one of my 2018 couples.  I absolutely love working with my couples ahead of the wedding day.  It is a great way for us to get to know eachother and have some fun without the rush of the wedding day.  I love engagement sessions so much that I offer a discounted session to my couples that can be added on at any time!  You can view my full pricing and coverage HERE.

When we were working out the details of the engagement session, Nichole and Brandon settled on Hartwood Acres.  Photographing an engagement session at Hartwood Acres mansion can never get old.  The grounds have not only the beautiful architecture of the old mansion, but you get an entire different look with the trees and landscaping surrounding the mansion.  Nichole and Brandon opted for one dressy outfit and one casual, and this is something that I often suggest to my couples.

If you follow my work, you might often see that I like to use different objects to photograph through.  Anytime I am near flowers, trees, or even tall weeds, I take advantage of the fun angles.  There were beautiful purple flowers that were in bloom so I placed Nichole and Brandon in between them.  The images taken there in the flower garden were some of my favorites of their session!
