ROBIN HILL PARK ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Abby and John are one of my 2018 couples and I couldn’t be more excited to be working together.  Abby and I met late last year and instantly were a match.  I actually photographed her cousin’s wedding last summer!

Their engagement session was my first of 2018 and ironically, their wedding is my last for the year.  We spent some time chatting about a downtown Pittsburgh winter engagement but unfortunately mother nature had other plans.  From below zero temps, ice, some flooding, we were forced to reschedule a few times and finally decided to just go for it one morning.  Because Pittsburgh was still messy from all of the winter weather, they opted for a different look and instead we met at Robin Hill Park in Moon Twp.

I love Robin Hill for sessions.  Although it is smaller in size, there are so many different varieties of looks that you can achieve.  With snow on the ground, we lucked out even more and had some fog which gave the background a super fun look.

They are a super fun couple – totally laid back and you can tell they clearly have a lot of fun together.  John had her laughing the entire time.  Lastly, let’s not forget Rizzo!  I love when couples bring their pups along.  Can’t wait to see you guys in December!
